[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Henckels knives, but do not put them in the dishwasher despite their claim that they are dishwasher safe. Your handles will crack. Now I just handwash the knives and they’re holding up for longer periods of time!

Love this bread knife. Very sturdy and nice bolster. Use this almost everyday. The serrated edge never needs sharpening and is great to use for slicing melon, pineapple, cheese, sponge cakes, roasts as well as bread. Clearly use this more often than any other kitchen knife.

Great Sharp knife for rustic loaves
