Forged Bread knife for this price?? Great value for a knife that is forged, cuts even slices of bread without shredding the loaf. Smooth, clean cuts. Comfortable to use.

Great weight awkward to hold

Cutting through bread and melon has never been so easy. The impressive serration on this Forged Premio blade makes for seamless cutting through any food with a tough exterior and softer interior. I love the feel and comfort of the handle and appreciate the durability of the whole knife.
