Very utilitarian

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is just right to deal with s great variety of items from small/medium vegetables and similarly sized meats. The sharpness is of the usual Miyabi standards and the knife slices through items with ease. On top of that, the action of the knife in the hand appears almost effortless.

Beautiful little knife
