Good carving knife for the price. The styling is modern with the stainless steel piece going down the back of the blade. Well balanced, feels nice in the hand with a long narrow blade this knife will be a good addition to your knife collection.

This is a terrific knife at an excellent price. The blade is exceptionally sharp, durable and well balanced. I use this knife for slicing roasts as well as large vegetables - Great for slicing watermelon! The wide, rounded handle is very comfortable.

If you don’t usually use a carving knife until holiday season, this is a great carving knife to get. It’s at an affordable price, and you’re getting a really well made forged German stainless steel knife. The Carving knife stays nice and sharp, and has a great weight and comfortable handle on this blade.

Where's The Beef?

This slicer is the perfect shape - some slicers are wider which hinders the slicing ability.
This one is made from German steel and has a forged bolster (middle of the knife) which is unusual for this category of knives. Blade is amazing sharp and can get through any meat easily. Handle is super comfortable.

Husband gave me a 13 piece knife block set for Christmas. I ordered additional knives to fill in my wood block. Amazing how sharp the knives are. Strange using non serrated steak knives but amazing how sharp they are.
