great carving knife

I needed a new carving knife and went for Henckels because the name has always meant quality to me. The forged blade is sharp and strong. The thin blade gives me accurate slices every time. The handle material is comfortable to hold and gives me a good grip.

I ordered 2 knives to fill out our Henckels block. The bread knife showed up and is great. I haven’t received the carving knife yet, I assume it will be perfect as well but don’t have it in my possession. I keep getting email notifications to review the carving knife, I don’t know what else to say. I hope to see it soon.

Great carving knife

If you don’t usually use a carving knife until holiday season, this is a great carving knife to get. It’s at an affordable price, and you’re getting a really well made forged German stainless steel knife. The Carving knife stays nice and sharp, and has a great weight and comfortable handle on this blade.

This Forged Synergy 8 inch carving knife is great for carving/slicing. This handle is very comfortable and although it is a value line knife, the blade is still very sharp.
