I needed a new carving knife and went for Henckels because the name has always meant quality to me. The forged blade is sharp and strong. The thin blade gives me accurate slices every time. The handle material is comfortable to hold and gives me a good grip.

This is a great value for this carving knife! Slices and carves beautifuly thanks to the high quality German steel. This knife is sharp and will stay sharp with a little care from its owner. The handle is comfortable and fits comfortably in the hand for those percision cuts and slices.

Really nice carving knife. Holds an edge so it's ready for any event - family dinners or holiday buffet.The Forged Synergy line is an elegant line of forged medium-weight knives. They have graceful sculpted handles and an integrated bolster that makes them fit nicely in the palm and comfortable to grip. The double-riveted handles securely encase the full tang blade. These knives are forged from high quality German stainless steel and manufactured to the highest global standards. That means these knives are sharp and can resharpened again and again giving you years of enjoyment. High quality at a great price. Really good value.
Although they are dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing them. They will retain the ‘just purchased’ look.
