Cutting with comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife keeps on giving perfect cuts. I learned to appreciate this length when my 5” knife disappeared from the kitchen one day. I reluctantly began to use the 7” while waiting for what I thought was an easier size to handle. Many cuts and meals later, I’ve found a great deal of satisfaction using this precise cooking instrument.

One of my favorites
