High quality knife at a reasonable price...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a Zwilling Four Star set for 30 years and decided to get a few Santoku knives to compliment. This knife is well made and reasonably priced. Happy with purchase.

sharp but rust in a short time

was pleased with the sharpness of the knife but started noticing rust spots on the blade after just a month of use, and handle is not that comfort, and the knife is a little bit heavy; i contacted the team but was told to clean the rust by baking soda, it may solve the problem but i am just disappointed, i can't tell difference between this knife and other cheaper ones
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The edge is dull compared to other Santoku's I've owned. The cutting quality is poor when compared to some other generic quality Santoku's I've owned...
I'm very disappointed.
Don't get me wrong - the brand name in and of itself makes this knife awesome but I don't feel it lives up to its cost.

Purchased this knife to replace my Classic 7-inch knife. The handle had cracked on this otherwise perfect knife but could not find anyway to get replacement handles. I only use J.A. Henckels knives and this was the first one that had a handle crack.

Amazing knife.

I have smaller hands so this is super comfortable in my hand. It's not too heavy. Super sharp. Great for food prep. The dimples help prevent food from sticking.
