[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second knife. I bought the first one 16 years ago when my daughter was born and it’s still work perfect. I had to get a second one because my old one’s handle broke. I’m so so happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received yesterday and had to us it immediately. I’ve wanted to try a Santoku knife forever but had never stepped up to purchase until now. It’s VERY sharp and comfortable to use. I actually have one with a set of knives from Wolf but (you’ll think I’m nuts) I don’t want to use those for every day. This one will become my workhorse hopefully for years to come.
