Cutting with comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife keeps on giving perfect cuts. I learned to appreciate this length when my 5” knife disappeared from the kitchen one day. I reluctantly began to use the 7” while waiting for what I thought was an easier size to handle. Many cuts and meals later, I’ve found a great deal of satisfaction using this precise cooking instrument.

Sharp and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a great knife so far, took me a little bit to figure out what foods I’ll use it for the most, and it’s a little less comfortable in the hand than my zwilling twin series knives, but it’s very sharp and effective

The edge is dull compared to other Santoku's I've owned. The cutting quality is poor when compared to some other generic quality Santoku's I've owned...
I'm very disappointed.
Don't get me wrong - the brand name in and of itself makes this knife awesome but I don't feel it lives up to its cost.

Great cutting knife, even for an amateur

I am not a professional chef but I do cook dinner a lot and need to chop vegetables. This knife is easy to use, easy to clean and cuts better than any knife I have ever owned. I love it and 100% believe it’s worth the cost.
