Classic Asian knife!

A Classic 7" Hollow Edge Santoku knife is for an Asian chef knife. It is perfect for a cook who rather likes chopping motion than rocking and gliding knife, this knife is great for mincing, dicing and chopping herbs. It looks great, it feels great in my hand, and it cuts great! This is durable, fully forged construction blade that provides balance and Spanish-made knife. This 7" Asian style Santoku knife is excellent in cutting large food, meat, vegetables and fruits. It is dishwasher safe. Perfect gifting for young chef.

The Classic line is one of my favorites. They are as close to the very top premium knives you can get without spending the premium price. This Santoku is great for chopping and vegetable prep work. The handle and steel feel higher in quality than most other knives in this price range.

I have been using my Henckels Classic knives for years. This is the first addition I've purchased and I am super happy with it. I love the quality of the forged German Steel. This Japanese design is super sleek and sharp. My slices are thinner and straighter than ever. The traditional handle is as comfortable as ever.

I use this Santoku instead of the traditional chef knife. I find that it is lighter weight, sharper, and the hollow edges keeps food from sticking. It's nice to use a Japanese style knife, made by a German company. Definitely getting the best of both worlds.
