Knives in the boyfriend's kitchen weren't cutting it. Happily he upgraded to this Premio forged knife. Great weight and curved handle won him over. We have a keeper!!

great value for a forged knife

Its hard to find a forged knife at a great price. Henckels has it here. Comfortable handle and full bolster give me confidence in all I do with it. Exactly what i was looking for.
