My new go-to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife as a gift. It's lighter than expected with nice weight distribution. Cuts easily and smoothly. I think I found my new go-to knife. The only thing I don't like is the packaging-- it was ridiculously difficult to get the knife out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8” chef’s knife premio forged is a quality knife. It’s lightweight and it does its work. It’s smooth without me putting pressure in the item like meats and veggies I’m cutting.

Great value Chef's knife

This forged knife with a 3 riveted handle has a nice weight and balance. For the price, it is hard to find a chef's knife comparable. I prefer to hand wash this knife, as it is the work horse of the kitchen to make sure it stays in pristine condition.

I just used it for the first time and am amazed how clean it cut through the chicken breast. No drag at all. Even new knives sometimes drag with first cut. Not this one. It slices through it like butter. Im buying the full set next. Very satisfied and look forward to prepping meals again. Highly satisfied and recommended.
