Best knife I ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chef’s knife is replacing a Calphalon chef’s knife. There is no comparison!! My Henckels knife is incredibly sharp and very easy to handle. It’s got some weight to it, yet is very comfortable in my hand. Cutting and trimming meat with this cuts my time in half. I will never purchase another brand of knives. Well worth the money!!

Excellent knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this knife because I was looking at getting a good chef knife since all my other knives I’ve had since getting my own place. I’ve had the knife now for 6 months and it’s still very sharp. Cuts through anything with ease and is a great workhorse in the kitchen. I just ordered a whole knife block set of the Henckels forged premio.

The Only Knives We Use
