I got the 8 inch Chef knife as a gift, and I taken it to work. Myself and co workers have put the knife to the test, it held up beautifully. Only thing is a piece of the handle broke half around the rivet by the heel, and is still preforming awesome. Must get another, co workers love it and sharp as a razor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grazie Mille, this knife is perfect for all the different recipes I make. Meat, veggies even cheeses cuts thru beautifully with no rough edges. My appetizers have never looked so professional.
