This is a great value for a forged knife. The rounded handle really fits your hand well, and makes cutting for long periods of time fatigue free.

Superior built quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a mediocre chef and come across this one. I did not regret buying it. It is very sharp, precise and has a strong hold in my hands. I use this to make sushi, chop meat and slice onions.

Combined with a precision sharp blade it makes for a very pleasing and quick chopping experience.
