Ridiculously sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife after my last off brand chefs knife broke off at the tip unexpectedly. I thought I sharpened the previous knife a lot, but when I opened my new knife and used it for the first time, it was like Christmas. So sharp and precise, a really nice surprise.
