This is my second knife in this series. My first went to my son, an avid cook. I missed it so I purchased another. I love it. Very versatile and it holds its edge incredibly well. Nice balance and hand feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is super sharp cuts through meat like butter. Does everything in the kitchen that I need. I would definitely recommend it, but if you never worked with a sharp knife before be careful
