First Real Knife!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got the knife, but it was better than expected. We use a chef’s knife everyday to prepare breakfast at our B&B. This will get a LOT of use and make prep much easier. live the weight, balance, and feel. Cut all the veggies for our sauté in about half the time with no fuss. Look forward to a long relationship with this tool.

Great knife for a kitchen job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used plenty of Henckels knives at jobs, but started one where you need to bring your own knives. So I bought the chef knives to start with because I was pleased with how it worked at my other jobs.
