The handle is comfortable and weighted just right, the blade is the perfect length and density... I could go on and on. Highly recommend for anyone getting into cooking and wanting the real deal!!

I thought I sharpened the previous knife a lot, but when I opened my new knife and used it for the first time, it was like Christmas. So sharp and precise, a really nice surprise.

I have had it only a few weeks, but it is incredible. It had good reviews, but it has exceeded my expectations. Actually melts through tough skin tomatoes. My only worry is what to do when it finally looses its edge
