I got the 8 inch Chef knife as a gift, and I taken it to work. Myself and co workers have put the knife to the test, it held up beautifully. Only thing is a piece of the handle broke half around the rivet by the heel, and is still preforming awesome. Must get another, co workers love it and sharp as a razor!

Excellent knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is lightweight and easy to handle, but best of all by far, it’s sharp. I used it on a standing rib roast as well as a few other cuts and it went through the meat like butter. I could not be happier with the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Henckela knife and I love the way it feels. The handle fits my hand and the knife cuts excellently. We have already purchased another knife and plan on getting a whole set.
