[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sharpness, this knife is so much more safe then a dull one. It is precise in cutting, it cuts/slices anything beautifully. I can recommend this knife wholeheartedly, it is worth the investment, I will have it for a lifetime. Amazing quality and the best knife I own!

Best knife I ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chef’s knife is replacing a Calphalon chef’s knife. There is no comparison!! My Henckels knife is incredibly sharp and very easy to handle. It’s got some weight to it, yet is very comfortable in my hand. Cutting and trimming meat with this cuts my time in half. I will never purchase another brand of knives. Well worth the money!!

Precision Chopping Made Quick and Comfortable

Combined with a precision sharp blade it makes for a very pleasing and quick chopping experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is good until it isn’t. I had this knife and used it daily for about a year and a half when the handle started to crack. Only hand washed it, never left in sink. I think it’s a larger issue with the henckles products being made in China. Sent back to henckles only to have them take 6 months to send a new set. Would not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best work horse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is a proven stable item in my knife roll. I have had dozens of knives through out the years, but this knife is always my go to! It holds an edge and is super comfortable to use in the kitchen. I give it a good honing and it's good to go for weeks!
