[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is a proven stable item in my knife roll. I have had dozens of knives through out the years, but this knife is always my go to! It holds an edge and is super comfortable to use in the kitchen. I give it a good honing and it's good to go for weeks!

perfect starter knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just moved into my first apartment without roommates, so i needed a basic chefs knife to start out with. i was looking at the victorinox fibrox, but the price was about the same and i’m more familiar with the henckels name. i think it’s perfectly sharp and fits well in my hand, and is easy to manipulate and move around. i’m glad i made the right choice :)
