[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife came to my attention recently in a consumer ratings magazine. I had been wanting an upgraded chef's knife, and this one met my requirements of being highly rated, functional, and reasonably priced. It's the perfect balance of performance and affordability. It feels good in the hand and was perfectly sharp right out of the package. I highly recommend this knife for the home cook who needs quality without paying more than necessary to get that quality.
