This is a great knife. The German steel blade is very sharp. The slim blade profile gives accurate thin slices and cuts. The riveted handle is very comfortable to hold and gives me confidence in my grip when using the knife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Razor sharp high quality knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this knife to go along with my Zwilling Gourmet knife set. It is my my go to knife for slicing and dicing. The dimpled edge reduces friction while cutting and helps keep food from sticking to the blade. The knife is stamped out of high quality German steel. The knife is therefore lighter than a forged knife. The sharpness of this knife definitely makes up for the lack of weight.
