Very happy with my purchase of the Santoku knife. Incredible quality. It’s very sharp and the weight is evenly distributed - not too heavy - so easy to maneuver. The knife is easy to clean and excellent for vegetables. I can’t recommend it enough. Would buy it again.

Perfect size, good grip, sharp, and easy to maneuver. If I could only have one knife, this is it. It covers all the need.
