My Prep knife!

Classic knife is exceptionally sharp and durable forged knife, made in Spain. It is so sharp excellent for a variety of daily cutting tasks, perfect slicing and chopping. This Classic knife will cut meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. This Prep knife is just the right prepping knife depending on the size of the food. It is manufactured with high-quality German stainless steel. A versatile knife!!!

Great serrated prep

This a great serrated prep knife created in conjunction with Chris Kimball. The Classic is a great and durable knife collection, the high carbon stainless steel holds up really well, very durable and not prone to tarnishing. I like that the prep is serrated, a great all purpose knife, it’s a smaller blade profile than a chef, but can still be used to chop, slice produce, veggies, meat. With it being serrated, it’s also great for slicing small bread rolls, citrus, tomatoes; overall a great knife to have in your kitchen.

I use this blade profile every day and it is one of my most loved knives. Great for tomatoes as well as small loaves of bread or rolls! It is a workhorse in my kitchen.

Great for slicing tomatoes

Nice serrated knife

Good forged serrated knife. If Christopher Kimball approves it must be good. The small serration is good for anything with a tough skin like tomatoes or sausage, but also great for small loaves or rolls with a crusty exterior. Super sharp. Comfortable handle.
