Quality serrated knife shape and length

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After searching dozens of reviews for a serrated knife, I chose the Henckels because it was 5.5 inches instead of 5 and I liked the shape of the blade and handle. It has been working great so far - especially for cutting skin on chicken, salmon, tomatoes, and pretty much anything in my kitchen. When my chef's knife isn't clean or I am cutting something smaller, this has become my go to for cutting almost everything.

I never thought of a serrated prep knife but Christopher Kimball did. It perfect for quick jobs like a narrow bagettee or cucumber. Its made from German stainless steel so won't rust or tarnish.

Really like the size of this 5.5" Serrated Prep Knife because I have smaller hands and feels comfortable when I'm using it. Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash all my knives. Great that it's German Steel, so very durable.

This collaboration knife with Christopher Kimball is a fantastic value. Not only is the handle comfortable and ergonomic, the strong, serrated steel blade is perfect for cutting through foods with tough exteriors and soft interiors. This knife will make prep work almost effortless.
