Makes me feel like a professional chef

I love Miyabi knives! They are not only beautiful, but they are just so efficient. This Nakiri has become my "go to" knife.

Great knife for cuts of all shapes and sizes

Great for rough and fine cuts of any kind. Balance is great, as always with a Zwilling/Miyabi product, and the aesthetic is nothing less than inspirational.
