Beauty and brute strength combined to make one of the most well balanced knives I’ve ever handled. Highly recommend this purchase. Have had this one and the Rocking Santoku 180 for about a month now, bought them from my local dealer. They are rock solid and do not back down in the kitchen. The beechwood handles are light and comfortable in the hand, elevating what is already buttery smooth performance to a level few can dream of. Easy to maintain and are show stoppers when displayed on the island with a proper magnetic knife block.
