[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely stunning knife and very sharp out of the box. Take a little time to protect the birchwood handle. Had to buy a magnetic block just to look at them while I’m in the kitchen, that’s how stunning they are!

As a professional chef I use this knife daily and it never gets dull really happy with this purchase.
