Great knife for cuts of all shapes and sizes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First times I used the knife I had a variety of vegetables to cut for a stir fry. Prep has never been so easy! Great for rough and fine cuts of any kind. Balance is great, as always with a Zwilling/Miyabi product, and the aesthetic is nothing less than inspirational.

Makes me feel like a professional chef

I love Miyabi knives! They are not only beautiful, but they are just so efficient. This Nakiri has become my "go to" knife.
