Miyabi Birchwood Nakiri Knife is amazing!

I love Miyabi knives, you can't beat the quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is extremely lightweight compared to the Wusthof knives I have. It’s absolutely beautiful and when you turn it to the side you can barely see the blade. It cuts through vegetables like butter. What an absolute dream.
