If you are looking for a unique and high quality nakiri, look no further than this beautiful birchwood one from Miyabi. This gorgeous knife makes it so easy and fun to chop and mince. Hand wash only on this guy and it will maintain its show-stopping natural wood handle.

Very Sharp, Very Quick

This Nakiri is a great vegetable chopping knife that makes quick work of large amounts of vegetables. Anyone who enjoys making quick and precise cuts should get one of these. The birch wood handle is the most comfortable handle I’ve ever used on a knife. It’s definitely one you’ll want to display.

Splurged on the Birchwood chef knife and absolutely love it, so I decided to treat myself to a second blade. Enjoying it as much. Blade shape feels different than chef, but great for prepping vegetables!
