Beautiful and Elegant Blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never been disappointed by a Miyabi blade and this is no exception. The elegant Damascus steel is razor sharp while maintaining a level of strength not commonly found in kitchen blades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is extremely lightweight compared to the Wusthof knives I have. It’s absolutely beautiful and when you turn it to the side you can barely see the blade. It cuts through vegetables like butter. What an absolute dream.
