Slices through everything

This knife is so beautiful and is able to slice through everything because it's both long and sharp. I love the handle on this knife because it is very comfortable to use. The blade is intricately designed and you can see the craftsmanship that was put into making it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the knife is sharp from factory, second the perfect balance, grip, textures, how extremely sharp these can get and the amazing style these have. Best money spent you should definitely get one if you work in the sushi industry

Best slicing knife!
