Slice through the holidays

Beautiful gift for our father who proudly carves the Thanksgiving turkey every year. Definately a splurge. Works well on ham and roast beef as well. Beautiful to look at and use.

Sharp, durable, beautiful.. this knife will glide though roasts like butter. Every detail is considered with this Miyabli line.

Slender Slicer

The long slender blade of this Kaizen II will have you making clean slices in a single stroke. Beautiful 49 layer Damascus pattern blade and Pakkawood handle with larger bolster for added comfort and control.

This slicer is stunning! The blade is very sharp and thin. The handle is good for left or right hands. Use this knife for thin cuts of meat, or slicing melons and vegetables. Also it’s a fantastic Sushi knife

So much beauty and function in this Miyabi Japanese knife! Once you start to use Miyabi knives, there is no turning back! The 48 layers of Damascus flower pattern is a work of art and the blade stays sharp and durable for those years of cutting, slicing for major tasks.

The slicing knife is probably one of the sharpest you will own. I love using this to slice. It's high quality steel makes for a sharp yet durable blade. Additionally, it is a beautiful knife to look at.

Best Slicer is the best I've ever used, I cannot believe how easily this knife cuts! if I didn't know better I'd say it was a razor because its razor sharp, razor thin and cuts like a razor! the lovely damascus pattern serves to make this incredibly sharp knife incredibly sharp in appearance as well!
