[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice solid knife for daily vegetable prep. Great customer service at the swilling store. I’ve owned a few swilling products for over 30+ years and with care, the show no signs of aging. No doubt this will be the same.

Nice weighted knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vegetable cleaver has a great weight and size to make quick work of vegetables like celery and carrots as well as quickly chop herbs. Still need to see on longevity but so far so good.

Makes prepping big meals a breeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharpest cleaver Ive had, slightly heavy for my taste, but can chop perfectly using both chinese and western techniques.
Manufacturer says for vegetables, byt my personal use ranges from crushing spices to making cuts on big pieces of meat.
The cleaver has a fantastic and dangerous edge, retains well...more than any other knife ive had, and is my go to knife/cooking tool on the daily.
