Really Nice Substantial Chinese Chef's knife

This is a substantial precision Chinese Chef's Knife! And very sharp. I accidentally cut a slice of my finger tip off without knowing it just running a paper towel over the edge lengthwise to dry it after washing it! I won't do that again. But it feels great in your hand, well balanced if you hold it correctly and it goes through veggies easily. Very durable. PBut get a magnetic bar to hold it and maybe a edge guard. Or maybe use a specisl drawer and shield for it. And keep away from kids.

Excellent knife. It is smarter than the narrow knife because it uses its own weight. Even though it is 0.6 pounds, but in the business of cutting and splitting, this outruns many competitors.
