Great knife for the price

Good weight and well balanced. The handle is on the thinner side for a cleaver but it fits my hand. The blade is thick enough to serve as a medium duty bone chopping. The edge is sharp out of the box. I’ve had other pro line knives and they hold the edge pretty well. I wish the edges on the side/back of the knife are rolled because they do feel a little bit rough and unfinished comparing to other higher end kitchen knives.

Just picked this up and loving it so far can’t wait to use it! It absolutely passed the slicing through paper test. Feels good on the hand, nice grip and sturdy. I’m so excited.
