Don’t damage your cutting board

Very sturdy, very sharp, versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has a good weight, which lends force when slicing. It is very sturdy yet it can slice very think slices because of its sharpness. The back of the knife can be used as meat pounder, and the width of the knife makes crushing garlic so effortless.

Go ahead- use a clever!

This clever is not intimidating to use. It's just the right size and weight. i use this for making cole slaw and other veggie prep. the grip is super comfortable and I like the classic look of this knife.
Go ahead and smash your garlic with this clever and then use it to pick up the pieces.
It's a great tool to have in your block set.

Great cleaver, little heavy, sharp edges on spine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cleaver, little heavy, sharp edges on spine when pinching above handle for more control. Sharpener (bought separate) does a great job of keeping edge keen. Great for chopping and scooping veg, cheese and meat (do not use on bone!)
