Very sturdy, very sharp, versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has a good weight, which lends force when slicing. It is very sturdy yet it can slice very think slices because of its sharpness. The back of the knife can be used as meat pounder, and the width of the knife makes crushing garlic so effortless.

I also be this knife. It’s exactly what I wanted. The weight balance did good, it’s strong, and cuts through everything like it was soft butter.
The quality is amazing and it was the best Christmas present I have given myself in years. I am incredibly happy and satisfied to have such an amazing new kitchen knife that I’ve been using for everything lately.

The Perfect Chinese Chef Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I surprised my mom with the 7 inch Zwilling Chinese Chef’s Knife while she was prepping for tonight’s dinner with her usual old beat up knife. She absolutely LOVES it! She keeps telling me how easy it is for her to slice through thick vegetables and how little strength and effort she has to apply with this knife compared with her other knives. I recommend anyone to buy this knife be it for the occasional chef or for the daily chef. My mother prepares food 3 times a day for the entire family with this knife and will continue using it until it breaks! (Which seems like its going to take a hundred years with how sturdy it feels!)
