Great knife, so many uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a knife like this for a long time. It is well balance and fits well in the hand. The tall blade allows you to speed through prepping and the weigh of the blade means so much of the work is done by the knife. I would highly reccomend for professionals or amateurs at home who simply enjoy cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchase my knife today, and used it to make soup.I like the weight of the knife, but wish it were more balanced. It is not too heavy, which I love because I have weak wrists. I have always wanted a clever for my knife set!

I love the grip of it just right. Is very sturdy and sharp as can be. Supper happy I got it, I will buy more of this product in the future.
