Solid weight and a sturdy blade

I wish I had bought this knife earlier

It cut through the sweet potato like tofu... I also tried it with carrots, whole cabbage...boy, I fall in love with it right away.

The LOGOs do not match with the pictures of the products that I purchased. Pretty much puzzled what I paid for are genuine J.A. Henckels products made in Germany. What I purchased are without the "R"-mark on the right-side if the TWIN-LOGO.

Never felt so satisfied slicing food
