[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight and sharpness to this knife is perfect for almost all my needs. The balance in my hand makes for quick work for chopping veggies to trimming large cuts of meat. I am never without these types of knives in my kitchen.

Zwilling Four Star 5.5" Prep Knife

Love this multipurpose knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is so light. I bought it specifically because it also has a plastic handle as I like to wash knives in the dishwasher. It cuts really well. I will be buying some others in this series.
