Excellent cutting and size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is sharp and easy to handle. So far we’ve used it for chopping and prepping and it has held up well. It will be our go to knife, my wife loves the size of the knife.

The knife is too fragile and wasn’t as sharp after only 3 times of use!!! A bit disappointed!

This is a typically great knife from Zwilling. I've been using it for a while now primarily as a prep knife for cutting up onions and other vegetables for stir fry, soups, etc. The blade shape is perfect for me for this basic cooking task.

It is very sharp and easy to use especially in tight places like trimming out peppers. It is a little bit of a specialty knife because of it’s small size but when you need that size it is the best

Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these as a gift and they are very sharp and feel good in my hand. It’s well made. My only complaint is that the handle is slippery if I have food on my hands. Overall it’s a great knife and I love the self sharpening block.
