I use this knife when I want to cut with precision.. In particular, i use this for slicing potatoes for baked dishes. It's a great choice for longer, leaner vegetables and fruits. This knife also makes a great parer!!

I bought this for my daughter, she loved it! This is her everyday go-to knife. It is perfect size for her hands, comfortable handle and sharpness is exceptional.
It feels great and function well for daily use.
These are forged knives from a single piece of solid steel, ergonomic polypropylene handle. German made special formula high carbon steel with 57 Rockwell Hardness = excellent edge retention.

This knife is built not only to last but to tackle all those small cutting jobs in the kitchen. Use it for cutting small onions, mincing garlic, shallots, herbs and apples and citrus fruit.
Great all around multi purpose knife with plenty of knuckle clearance.
Four Star has a really nice feeling handle. Is easy to grip even when wet and works with smaller hands. Premium German Steel, made in Germany, ice hardened to hold an edge longer these knives are ready to take on the toughest challenges in the kitchen.

I like the size of this 5.5" prep knife and use it to slice fruit and some vegetables. Good quality and cleans easily.

The prep knife is one of my fav knives to use as it will do just about any task. The Four Star series is a best-seller and I can see why! This is my go-to knife and stays sharp, is durable, with a comfortable handle. This is a must-have for every kitchen!

When you don't need that big Chefs knife, this is the best go to I have ever used. The knife is a great knife for prep chopping because of the knuckle clearance, the flatness of the blade and the deeper width than a classic paring knife. When you are chopping it's easy to turn upside down and use the back of the blade to scoop the food like you tend to do with chef knives but cannot do with parers or utilities.
