it's as beautiful as other knifes, it's being used just over a year and I think it will last as other fouf star knife series I have owned over 30 years. The handle is so balanced and perfect it's look very nice and sharp. it's perfect for small task in the kitchen.

I have owned a set of ZWILLING 4 Star knives for 28 years. I’ve always appreciated their craftsmanship & durability. The 5.5” prep knife will be a nice addition.

We got our first 4 star knives (5 piece set) in the 1980s. We have since added steak knives, another paring knife plus Santoku and Nakiri models. The 5.5" prep is a new go to that is a really interesting "in-between" the European and Japanese styles.
