A real workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought myself a 7” blade chefs knife as a new treat! After years of using a too-large knife for my hand size/height, I converted to an 8”, but decided to pick up a 7”, and this is a GREAT knife. My daily knife work is primarily proteins and fine work for mise, and this knife handles most of my day! It’s lightweight enough to use all day without fatigue. Its weighted handle is very comfortable. The bolster fits my thumb perfectly and the blade is razor sharp right out of the box! Cannot wait to see how this knife holds up to my Shun.

Love this knife

Just got this new knife and absolutely love it! Was able to cut carrots, tomatoes and even paper towel so easily. The blade is super sharp and the knife is comfortable to hold. The additional weight of the knife makes it so much easier to cut as well! Worth every penny.

Now I know what a real knife is supposed to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my life I had been using cheap knives from Oxo and online brands. I sharpened them at home, so they were usually ok.
Then, on a whim, I bought this.
When it arrived, i just couldn’t believe. I knew this knife was gonna be “better” but i just had no idea what the difference was going to be like. This thing cuts through everything like butter. Tomatoes? No problem. Bread? You bet. Raw potato? A-ok. Raw beef? Easy as pie.
This is the “slim” version, but as a 6 foot 2 guy i don’t find this small or flimsy at all. It’s heavier than all the cheap knives, while not being too heavy for either my wife or I to use.
I am addicted. I threw out all my cheap knives and will slowly replace them with this. Zwilling has one a customer for life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Knife for Cutting My Sausage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 7" Slim Chefs Knife was no match for My Sausage. With the knife dwarfing my sausage in size, I had to no problem cutting My Sausage properly down to size. Thanks to the quality of the fresh out-of-box factory sharpened knife edge, it produced a very clean cut to the skin/casing of My Sausage, which in the past has been notoriously difficult to keep neat. I highly recommend for anyone also butchering their own Sausages. Keep feathering it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading many reviews, we purchased this knife to start building up our kitchen to replace some knives we have had for many, many years. This was the first as a basic, general chef knife to see if we liked the quality before we purchased a larger set. This was a great starter to give us an idea of the high quality we wanted. After using this for a few weeks now, we are confident in purchasing many more in this same collection. This is a must have knife for any kitchen and the quality, overall appearance and ease of use is of the highest quality for the price point.
