I love this knife. Perfectly balanced, laser sharp, using it is a dream. I am actively looking for recipes so I can use it more often. It fits perfectly in my hand. This is my third Zwilling knife, and i love them all.

Love my 7" chef's knife with full tang design. Extremely sharp! Although I haven't cut myself on the actual blade, I did keep poking myself by accident with the tip when I first starting using it. Haven't had to sharpen it at all. Perfect size for my hand. Already have 2 more of these Pro knives on my wish list: 4" paring knife and 7" Santoku.

Very handy for Quick Work

I really do love this smaller Chef's knife, it's one of my go to knives. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because while holding the bolster as a chef typically does for an extended use, the material where the bolster starts will give a little discomfort.
