Slices like a champ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first use with this chef's knife left me extremely satisfied with my purchase. The first thing I cut through was just an orange but from the first few millimeters of the skin I was really impressed. Then I cut through a few other meats that I have in the kitchen, and I was also very impressed with that. The blade feels sturdy and rigid and The cutting Edge unlike anything else in the kitchen right now. I honestly can't wait until the next time I get to cut something, because this knife is so much fun to use. It was recommended to me by a chef friend of mine, and I know that his recommendation for a product means a lot in this field.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7” chefs knife is perfect for my kitchen. Profile is great for speed chopping and this version is great for my wife as well who’s more petite. She always had difficulty using our heavier Zwilling 8” chefs knife, the 1” blade difference was huge!

A daily driver for the kitchen

I find that a knife of this size and heft is the one that I reach for first for most of my cutting tasks. Sure, you need a little one for delicate tasks, and occasionally a Mongo one. But this is as close to a do-it-all knife as they come. Highly recommended!

After purchasing the great 4-Star paring knives, I bought this to fill a gap for medium size cutting needs. Wow! What a wonderful product - one of the best knives I have ever purchased. The weight, balance, shape of the handle & tang give a feeling of effortless control even for tough cuts.
