This knife is just right for completing most meal prep tasks. It’s not so big as to be unwieldy, but it is big enough to take on slicing heads of lettuce or thick meats. It makes short work of slicing up vegetables and the blade is perfect for dicing and mincing.

I love this 7 inch slim chef knife. I have a larger heavier chef knife and I use it but wanted something that was a little smaller, lighter and more nimble. The 7 inch is so easy to use. Extra sharp and with the smooth bolster so easy to pinch when chopping. Love the riveted grip and full tang. Hefty feel but balance is perfect. Exactly what I wanted!
