[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m slowly replacing all my non-Zwilling knives with Zwilling Pro as they have the best weight and feel for my hands. These knives last forever and sharpen so well. Prefer the back edge on Pro series as you can easily sharpen the entire blade.

Quality chefs knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7” chefs knife is perfect for my kitchen. Profile is great for speed chopping and this version is great for my wife as well who’s more petite. She always had difficulty using our heavier Zwilling 8” chefs knife, the 1” blade difference was huge!
