I actually enjoy prep work again! It slices through whatever I'm working on like it's going through butter. Very worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product in white. I was on the market for a wide 8” chef knife and somehow ended up liking how this one looked and felt instead. The slimness does take away slightly from the rigidity of the blade.

The sharpest gift for an aspiring Home chef.

The only issue I had was the cheap knife sets didn’t offer the precision I needed when cutting into meats, fruits, veggies and herbs. But now that I have this Zwelling 7” pro which has easily become my favorite general purpose cutting tool for all ingredients. This is my first Zwelling of what I hope to be a whole butcher block full!
